We do things a little differently around here. That's also why it's so much fun.
At YellowWood Group, we don’t try to impress you with fancy marketing buzz words and industry jargon. We don’t give you a gazillion page proposal to read to prove that we get your marketing needs. We don’t ask you to trust us – we would rather earn it.
At the heart of YellowWood Group is a small team of marketing professionals who are talented and passionate. We also have an extended network of creative professionals (like web developers, programmers, graphic designers and brand developers) and media professionals (including former journalists, magazine editors, advertising gurus and PR pros) who work lock-step with us and share our commitment to excellence and integrity.
We don’t stand on ceremony much, in fact we call our clients by their first names, know their spouses and even know many of their favorite colors. We work hard. We work smart. We laugh . . . a lot. We figured out that doing business doesn’t have to be serious. In fact, a sense of humor, being open to doing business differently and inviting the extraordinary to show up in the strategic process is the only way we know how to do work. If that doesn’t sound like the type of people you’d like to hang out with, that’s OK.
“Olalah always provides her client with 100% attention. She actively listens to their needs, researches the industry and pays attention to the culture of the organization and the messaging sent. She provides excellent ideas and is extremely respectful of her clients. I have worked with Olalah on several occasions and she always did a fantastic job in delivering objectives, as well as, providing valuable marketing insight. She is a fantastic marketing consultant that I would highly recommend!”

YellowWood Group has a few non-negotiable business philosophies when it comes to working with clients. They’re pretty simple - Do business with integrity, Honor relationships and Look for the 3-way win. We’ve found that doing business any other way simply doesn’t work for us. We hope you understand. We’d like to get to know you, your business, your customers and the way you do things, so that helping you identify and resolve your marketing challenges is a ton of fun for both of us.
You should know that we don’t have voicemail. Not that we don’t use it, we simply don’t have it. When you call our office, you will hear the friendly voice (usually Phyllis or Lorraine) of someone who cares and listens to you. If we are all tied up (and yes, sometimes it happens), you’ll get an email from one of us letting you know that we’ll help you just as soon as we can. No fancy switchboard system routing your call to a third world country. We promise.
Okay, enough about us – let’s talk about you.
Are you a growing company with hands on business owners who are passionate about your industry and want to work collaboratively with marketing professionals who understand your big vision and your goals?
Are you a mid-size company with a committed and caring management team that wants to work with marketing professionals who offer deeper insight and perspective into your marketing challenges?
Are you a not for profit organization with a small, yet dedicated staff that is focused on serving the needs of your clients with excellence and wants to ensure that critical business and marketing goals are achieved while honoring the organization's mission?
Are you a solo business owner (including an independent agent or sole practitioner) who treats customers like friends and values the expertise of marketing professionals who understand the nuances of your industry?
Are you a partnership (or other shared leadership, i.e. married couples and relatives), that enjoys leveraging each other’s strengths and values cooperative planning that enables overall marketing effectiveness?
So, what's the next step?
If the client profiles we’ve described above sound like your business, then we’d love to speak with you directly. We’ll even send you a set of questions before we get started that should help to put a frame around your marketing challenges.
If after giving you our undivided attention, we seem like a good fit, then we’ll move forward with additional discussion and exploration into your marketing challenges. If after an initial conversation it doesn’t seem like we are good fit, that’s OK. We’re not trying to be a good fit . . . we want to be a great fit for you and your company.
Sound fair to you? Now, if you’re eager to get the ball rolling, you can contact a marketing strategist via email immediately, or you can simply pick up the phone and give us a call. Your choice. Either way, we’ll be right here, ready to get started with you.
In fact, we look forward to it.
